Reserve space on the next departure

Shipping Booking Form

Already have your price? Complete the booking form below and we will reserve space on the next sailing or flight, issue a booking reference and confirm the cargo cut-off.

Bookings received before 15:00 on a working day are confirmed the same day. Nothing is chargeable until you approve the booking confirmation in writing.

How our booking process works

A booking is the point at which we reserve physical space for your cargo — deck space on a RoRo vessel, a container slot on a scheduled service or an allocation on an aircraft. Once we have your details we raise the booking with the carrier, send you a written confirmation showing the vessel or flight, the loading port, the cargo cut-off time and the documents we need from you.

What you will need to hand

  • Shipper name, address and contact number
  • Consignee name, address, telephone and, where required, tax or ID number
  • Vehicle make, model, year, VIN and V5C, or the cargo description and packing type
  • Approximate dimensions and weight, or the container size required
  • The UK collection postcode and the earliest date the cargo is free to move
  • Your preferred loading port from Tilbury, London Gateway, Southampton, Felixstowe or others

Documents we prepare for you

Export customs entry, the bill of lading or air waybill, the packing list and, where the destination asks for it, the certificate of origin, pre-shipment inspection request and insurance certificate. For vehicles we complete the DVLA V5C export section and the HMRC export declaration on your behalf.

Payment and cancellation

Freight is payable before the vessel sails or the aircraft departs unless you hold an account with us. If your plans change before the cargo is delivered to the terminal, we will roll the booking to a later sailing at no charge; once cargo has been received into a terminal, carrier storage and cancellation charges may apply.
