As a freight forwarder we buy space from the ocean carriers, airlines and hauliers in volume and sell it to you as a complete, priced movement rather than a bare freight rate with charges bolted on later. That means the quotation you accept names every line: origin haulage, loading, terminal handling, freight, documentation, insurance and destination. Our clients range from families relocating overseas to exporters, machinery dealers, contractors and e-commerce sellers shipping every week.

Sea freight forwarding — FCL and LCL

Weekly ocean departures from five UK ports to every major container terminal in the world. Sole-use 20ft, 40ft and 40ft high cube containers are loaded, blocked, braced, photographed and customs sealed at our own facility. Below about twelve cubic metres, shared container groupage is cheaper, charged per cubic metre with a two cubic metre minimum, and we quote both so you can see the crossover for yourself.

Air freight forwarding

Consolidated weekly builds, direct airline allocation and next-flight-out services from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester and East Midlands. We screen at a CAA-regulated agent, raise the export entry and issue the air waybill in-house, handling unaccompanied personal effects, excess baggage, commercial cargo, AOG spares and IATA dangerous goods.

Customs clearance, documentation and compliance

Export declarations are raised in-house, usually the same day. We advise on commodity codes, origin, valuation, licences and preference, prepare certificates of origin and EUR1s where required, and arrange destination clearance through our overseas agent network so the consignee is not left to find a broker.
